PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
The pre-order service offered by Mandu Deco allows you to order a product before it becomes available on our website.
The following conditions apply for pre-orders:
Pre-order items are sold on a first come, first served basis. Pre-order products cannot be combined with in-stock items. If you combine with an in-stock item, your order will be delayed and shipped when all items are available.
When pre-ordering an item we will display the expected date of delivery on the product page. This date is not a guaranteed date of receipt and is subject to change if there are any unexpected occurrences. We will do our best to inform you of any delays to this date through email or social media.
We will ship the product to the address provided by you at the time of pre-order. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of pre-order, including but not limited to your name, shipping address and payment information. If you need to make changes to your pre-order information, please contact us on instagram @ManduDeco as soon as possible. We may not be able to accommodate changes once the product has been shipped.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Pre-orders are final, non-cancelable and nonrefundable. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, there will be a 20% cancellation fee to cover transaction and restocking.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the product or issue a refund.
